Le Café du Jura : Brigitte Josserand, helped by her son Benoît, waiter service, combines the worthy descendants of Lyon’s mothers with over forty years of experience, gastronomic excellence and the charm of an authentic Bouchon. The one who concocted her first sweetbreads braised with morels on a coal stove, also knows how to convince with her frogs cooked as in Dombes and her mallard roasted with orange honey.
+++ What we love: the exceptional quality of the products! Accustomed to the Marché Quai Saint-Antoine, the chef takes the time to choose the fruits, vegetables and cheeses that will be found on her table alongside a tablier de sapeur, choron sauce or chicken liver cake.
